Deputy Chief Product & Technology Officer
With over 20 years of experience in technology and financial services, Ram heads product and technology across delivery, architecture and engineering excellence. He has driven transformation initiatives for Standard Chartered, Bank of America and Deutsche Bank.
Chief Delivery and Risk Officer
A business leader with over 30 years of international experience, Karthik oversees the delivery of the audax platform to clients, as well as risk frameworks and compliance. His experience spans fintech, digital banking, retail, private banking and wealth management.
Chief Financial Officer
Smriti oversees finance, fundraising and strategic planning at audax. Her experience spans corporate finance, venture investing, business planning and scaling operations, including roles at Nikel, Khosla Ventures, Actis Capital and Goldman Sachs.
